Cancellation and refund policy

Meri need believes in helping its clients as far as possible, and has liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:-

  1. Cancellation/refund will be considered only for the clients who have token amount for the service.
  2. Cancellation/refund will not be entertained if client refuses to accept service within 48hrs after the token amount is paid.
  3. Cancellation / refund will not be entertained if client refuses to take service within 48 hours after token amount is paid .
  4. Cancellation / refund will only b e done for those client who have cleared all the due amount within 7 days from the hiring of of the candidate
  5. All our candidate are experienced and trained so if the candidate fails to keep his consistency in the particular job we will replace them within  24 to 48 working hours in delhi and NCR and out of NCR  location we provide services as per avaibility . no refund will be done in such case .
  6. If client cancel their order before the service have bin initiated we will refund the entire amount to deduction of charges if any and where as client cancel their order after initiation of service their will be no refund .
  7. Refund will be done if we fail to provide a single candidate for interview till 15 days from the day of service initiated to the client .
  8. All cancellation /refund are subject to the cancellation charge / bank transaction charge of the 2.5% of the total order value .
  9. For GST bill No GST amount will be refunded.
